Research questions into the effects of the Welfare and Vulnerability Engagement (WAVE) programme might include:

Has there been any reduction in crime involving vulnerable persons?
What are the NTE partners' thoughts on the programme?
Has the programme had a positive impact on the NTE?
What’s the next step for the programme and where does it need to progress to?

Are statistics available as to how many Welfare Officers are employed/volunteering in licensed premises nationally?
Are there any records available for the amount of interventions made by Welfare Officers, and if so, why were the interventions required (intoxicated, aggressive, tired and emotional etc)?

The candidate will be invited to the first launch of the WAVE programme on 24th November 2017.
