Dissertation: The impact of meat based diets on the environment
Dissertation theme: Sustainable agriculture and diet choices
Short summary: This research aims to look at the impact of a reduction in demand for meat in the UK on farmers and therefore the environment.
Detailed summary: What we eat and the way it is produced has a huge impact on the environment. Over recent times there has been much research that has shown the production of meat to be worse for the environment (and our health) such that arguably there will be a reduction in demand for meat. This research seeks to understand further the impact of this on UK agriculture and thus the environment.
